Jules & Bean eGift Cards are issued in £ Sterling which can be redeemed online at julesandbean Jules & Bean eGift Cards can be used as full or part payment. Purchases made online with gift cards are not refundable in cash.
Gift Cards are valid for 24 months after the purchase date. Jules & Bean will not be responsible for money not redeemed before this point.
Jules & Bean only supply eGift Cards online. Contact them by email if you require a physical option.
A unique eGift Card code number will be emailed to the purchaser upon completion at checkout.
Jules & Bean eGift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Jules & Bean is not responsible for funds on the card used without your knowledge. Contact us by email if you lose your unique code number.
eGift Card unique code numbers should be checked immediately upon receipt and stored safely. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Jules & Bean cannot be held responsible for non receipt of any eGift Card unique code numbers not notified to us within three days of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.
Jules & Bean eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. eGift Cards which are used, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
Promotional discount codes cannot be used against eGift Card purchases. This includes Black Friday promotions and newsletter sign up promotions, as well as all other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Jules & Bean will not share or pass on your details with any third parties with the exception of our necessary banking, printing and web hosting partners in order to process your purchase transaction.
